Now, we’re assembling our engineering team in India to build the future of enterprise operations. As Platform Architect, you will be part of our Day 1 engineering team in India, shaping the foundational architecture of kAIgentic’s enterprise AI platform.

As a core member of the Architecture Leadership group, you will drive the technical blueprint of our agentic AI systems—spanning cloud architecture, distributed platform design, enterprise integrations, data systems, and secure AI workflows. You will influence platform strategy, ensure architectural excellence, and shape the technology culture of a deeply mission-driven engineering organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Platform Architect, you will be the architectural foundation of our engineering organization and platform. You will:

• Shape platform strategy & architecture: Define the end-to-end architecture for our enterprise AI platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
• Raise the bar: Establish architectural standards, patterns, and frameworks that drive engineering excellence across services, data, and integrations.
• Build & prototype: Develop architectural prototypes and reference implementations that validate complex workflows, AI, and data requirements.
• Drive technical decisions: Lead architecture reviews, assess tradeoffs, and make clear, pragmatic decisions aligned with enterprise needs.
• Lead by example: Roll up your sleeves to deep dive into distributed systems, API design, workflow orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Enable AI-native architecture: Define how LLMs, agentic workflows, MLOps, and knowledge systems integrate into platform foundations.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, engineering, infra, and AI teams across time zones to ensure architectural alignment and execution excellence.
• Champion culture: Instill clarity, rigor, and craftsmanship while fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and high standards.
• Represent kAIgentic: Act as an internal and external advocate for our platform, architectural philosophy, and technical vision.

 

What You Bring

• 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in platform or enterprise architecture roles.
•  Proven ability to architect and scale enterprise platforms across cloud-native and regulated/legacy-heavy environments.
•  Deep technical expertise across distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integrations.
•  Strong cloud foundation with hands-on experience in AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, networking, multi-region deployments, HA/DR, and observability.
•  Breadth across engineering functions including software development, infra, DevOps, data, and security.
•  Familiarity with AI/ML ecosystems, including LLM utilization, vector stores, MLOps, and AI- enabled SaaS design.
•  Strong data architecture skills across SQL/NoSQL systems, Kafka/streaming, caching, and high- volume transactional systems.
•  Track record of delivering enterprise-grade platforms with high availability, compliance, governance, and performance.
•  Leadership strengths: ability to influence without authority, drive architectural clarity, and mentor engineers.
