Why this role exists

We have built a strong founding team with seasoned leaders (ex-Microsoft, AWS, UiPath, GE, Genpact) who’ve built and scaled global businesses. We are looking for a strategic, AI-native Head of Talent Acquisition to architect and scale our hiring engine across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Global functions. We’re building something ambitious. At kAIgentic, talent is our strategy. The quality of our engineers, product leaders, and customer success leaders determines our ability to build a category-defining Agentic AI platform trusted by global enterprises. The role directly influences product velocity, engineering excellence, cultural integrity and global expansion.

As a founding member of HR Organization reporting to CHRO you will

  • Fuel company growth through world-class hiring.

What You Will Do

  1. Build the Hiring Strategy for Scale
    • Define workforce planning aligned to product and GTM expansion.
    • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to forecast hiring needs.
    • Build scalable hiring models for tech, product, AI, and enterprise functions.
    • Design hiring bar frameworks aligned to kAIgentic’s culture principles.
  1. Create an AI-Led Talent Engine
    • Develop an AI-native recruiting infrastructure (sourcing, screening, analytics).
    • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve speed, signal quality, and candidate experience.
    • Implement structured, data-backed hiring decisions.
    • Build dashboards that provide leadership real-time hiring intelligence.
  1. Set the Hiring Culture
    • Establish clear hiring standards and interviewer calibration frameworks.
    • Build strong interview processes grounded in capability and culture.
    • Coach leaders on assessment rigor and bias mitigation.
    • Drive high “talent density” — prioritizing excellence over speed.
  1. Build & Lead a High-Performance TA Team
    • Hire, mentor, and scale a world-class recruiting team.
    • Embed ownership, accountability, and data orientation in the TA function.
    • Create strong employer branding in AI and enterprise tech ecosystems.
  1. Position kAIgentic in the Market
    • Develop a compelling employer brand narrative.
    • Engage with AI communities, SaaS networks, and fintech talent pools.
    • Build global pipelines across India, Singapore, Japan, Europe, and the US.

 

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

  • 10–15+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least five years leading a TA function in a high-growth tech environment (Product/SaaS/AI-native strongly preferred).
  • Strong grasp of technical talent markets (AI/ML, distributed systems, cloud-native, product engineering). Strong track record hiring engineering/product/GTM talent and closing high-caliber candidates in competitive markets.
  • Experience of driving global expansion and hiring across geographies like Japan, Singapore and Europe.
  • Proven ability to be strategic and hands-on—building systems while personally delivering critical hires.
  • Strong analytics orientation: funnel metrics, forecasting, and operational rigor.
  • AI First Mindset with deep comfort using AI tools in sourcing, assessment, analytics and productivity. Willingness to experiment and redesign traditional hiring playbooks.
