The Role

As a SDE 3 on the Trust/Security team, you will drive the security architecture and compliance strategy for kAIgentic’s enterprise platform. You’ll own the systems that gaurantee the bank-grade isolation, design audit infrastructure that satisfies regulators, and lead a team building security into every layer of our agentic AI platform.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the multitenancy security model for global bank deployments with strict isolation between legal entities, business units, and projects
• Design hierarchical permission systems that enforce data boundaries (Compliance UK cannot see Compliance Japan; Finance UK has different access than Compliance UK)
• Own the audit trail architecture ensuring perfect auditability for all agentic actions and human interventions
• Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews for the platform
• Design tenant-aware rate limiting and “noisy neighbor” prevention in shared AI infrastructure
• Build compliance automation systems for evidence collection and continuous monitoring
• Define security patterns for human-in-the-loop workflows capturing state snapshots at decision points
• Interface with external auditors and support certification processes (SOC2, ISO 27001,banking regulations)
• Lead the Security & Compliance engineering team
• Mentor senior engineers on secure design principles
• Drive AI-native development practices to accelerate security tooling

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering, with significant time in regulated industries
• Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Go and Python
• Deep expertise in 3+ of the following:
• Bank-grade multitenant security architecture
• Enterprise access control and identity management
• Cryptographic systems and key management at scale
• Compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, MAS TRM, FISC)
• Audit infrastructure and immutable logging systems
• Cloud security architecture (Kubernetes, service mesh, network policies)
• Security monitoring, SIEM, and incident response
• Experience with regulatory audits and working with external auditors
• Track record of building security systems for financial institutions
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to communicate security concepts to non-security stakeholders
