The Role

As a SDE 2 on the AI Infrastructure team, you will own significant components of kAIgentic’s agentic orchestration platform. You’ll design and build systems that handle stateful, long-running AI workflows with enterprise-grade reliability and observability.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement durable workflow systems using Temporal for multi-step agentic processes
• Build the orchestration layer for LangGraph-based agent coordination
• Develop self-correction loops that validate LLM outputs and trigger re-prompting on schema failures
• Create comprehensive observability pipelines using Langfuse and Arize Phoenix
• Implement interrupt-and-resume patterns for human-in-the-loop workflows
• Own reliability and failure handling for critical workflow components
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions
• Drive AI-native development practices across the team

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience building production backend or infrastructure systems
• Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python
• Deep expertise in 2-3 of the following:
• Durable execution engines (Temporal, Cadence, or similar)
• Agentic AI systems and LLM orchestration
• Distributed systems at scale
• Observability and tracing systems
• gRPC and service mesh architectures
• Experience with state management in distributed environments
• Track record of owning and delivering complex technical projects
