The Role
As a SDE 2 on the DevOps/MLOps team, you will own critical infrastructure systems that keep kAIgentic’s agentic AI platform running reliably. You’ll design CI/CD pipelines for both application and ML stacks, build observability infrastructure, and ensure our platform scales to meet enterprise demand
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for application code
- Build and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure workloads
- Implement GitOps workflows with progressive rollouts and feature flags
- Deploy and scale Temporal clusters for durable workflow execution
- Build observability infrastructure integrating Langfuse and Arize Phoenix for agent tracing
- Implement LLM gateway/proxy infrastructure for routing, rate limiting, and cost tracking
- Design and operate vector database infrastructure (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)
- Establish SLOs and reliability targets for critical platform services
- Automate compliance evidence collection and audit log infrastructure
- Drive AI-native practices for infrastructure automation
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Python and Go
- Deep expertise in 2-3 of the following:
- Kubernetes at scale (multi-cluster, GPU workloads)
- CI/CD architecture
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) at production scale
- Observability platforms (distributed tracing, metrics, logging)
- Infrastructure as Code at scale
- Reliability engineering and incident management
- Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD
