The Role
As a SDE 3 on the AI Infrastructure team, you will drive the technical direction of kAIgentic’s durable orchestration platform. You’ll own critical subsystems, guide architectural decisions, and lead a team of engineers building the stateful backbone that powers enterprise agentic AI
What You’ll Do

- Lead the design and implementation of Temporal-based workflow infrastructure for enterprise deployments
- Architect the orchestration layer for complex multi-agent systems using LangGraph
- Define patterns for hierarchical context propagation across agentic workflows
- Own the observability strategy using Langfuse and Arize Phoenix for deep agent tracing and evaluation
- Design self-correction and validation systems that eliminate hallucinations in production
- Build interrupt-and-resume patterns that preserve perfect audit trails
- Lead technical execution across the AI Infrastructure team
- Make build-vs-buy decisions and evaluate emerging agentic technologies
- Mentor senior engineers and raise engineering standards
- Drive AI-native development practices as a force multiplier for the team
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure engineering
- Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Go (control plane, high-concurrency systems) and Python(intelligence layer, model orchestration)
- Deep expertise in 3+ of the following:
- Durable execution engines (Temporal, Cadence)
- Agentic orchestration and LLM pipelines
- Distributed state management
- High-availability systems design
- Observability platforms and tracing infrastructure
- gRPC and cross-language service architectures
- Experience leading technical teams and projects
- Strong architectural thinking and communication skills
- Track record of building systems that operate at scale in production
