The Role
As a SDE3 on the DevOps/MLOps team, you will drive the infrastructure strategy for kAIgentic’s enterprise AI platform. You’ll own reliability, scalability, and operational excellence while leading a team that keeps agentic AI systems running safely in regulated financial environment
What You’ll Do
- Architect the cloud infrastructure strategy for multi-region, enterprise-grade deployments
- Design the CI/CD platform supporting application
- Own Kubernetes architecture including GPU scheduling, resource optimization, and multi-tenancy
- Define the observability strategy integrating application metrics, agent tracing (Langfuse/Arize Phoenix), and business KPIs
- Architect Temporal cluster operations for highly available durable workflow execution
- Define SLO framework and reliability targets across all platform services
- Lead incident response and establish post-mortem culture
- Design security operations including secrets rotation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation
- Lead the DevOps team and mentor senior engineers
- Make build-vs-buy decisions for infrastructure tooling.
- Drive AI-native practices to accelerate infrastructure automation
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Python and Go
- Deep expertise in 3+ of the following:
- Cloud architecture at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Kubernetes platform engineering (multi-cluster, GPU, service mesh)
- CI/CD platform architecture
- Observability platform architecture
- Reliability engineering and SLO-driven operations
- Infrastructure security and compliance automation
- Track record of leading infrastructure teams
- Strong architectural thinking and communication skills
