The Role

As a SDE 3 on the Full Stack engineer, you will drive the architecture of kAIgentic’s human-agent collaboration platform. You’ll define how humans interact with agentic AI in high-stakes financial workflows designing the patterns for review, intervention, and oversight that make AI safe for enterprise deployment.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect the “Schema-to-UI” bridge—a generic rendering system where new business processes onboard without writing new components
  • Design the component registry pattern mapping field types to library components dynamically
  • Own the “Agent Context” display architecture showing what the agent tried, where it got stuck, and what it needs from humans
  • Define patterns for “Editable Reasoning” allowing humans to drill into agent logic and overrule specific branches
  • Architect streaming UI infrastructure for real-time agent monologue without performance degradation
  • Design the state management layer integrating frontend with Temporal workflow states
  • Build the “Bulk Action Wizard” pattern ensuring audit integrity across mass operations
  • Define data-fetching architecture decoupling UI widgets from specific API endpoints
  • Lead technical execution across the Full Stack HITL team
  • Make build-vs-buy decisions for UI frameworks and component libraries
  • Mentor senior engineers on HITL interaction design
  • Drive AI-native development practices to generate atomic widgets and accelerate delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in full stack engineering with frontend depth
  • Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
  • Expert-level React and TypeScript skills
  • Strong backend proficiency in Go or Python
  • Deep expertise in 3+ of the following:
  • Schema-driven UI architecture and metaprogrammed interfaces
  • Enterprise SaaS UI systems
  • Human-in-the-loop workflow design
  • Real-time and streaming frontend architecture
  • Complex state management for workflow applications
  • Design systems and component library architecture
  • Integration with durable execution engines (Temporal)
  • Experience building UIs for regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
  • Strong architectural thinking spanning frontend and backend
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
