The Role

As a Staff Engineer on the Security & Compliance team, you will be the technical authority for security architecture across kAIgentic’s enterprise platform. You’ll define the security and compliance strategy that enables global banks to trust our agentic AI systems with their most sensitive workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Define the long-term security architecture vision for kAIgentic’s platform across all deployment regions
• Architect bank-grade isolation models that guarantee zero data leakage between legal entities, business functions, and projects in multi-entity global deployments
• Design the compliance-by-design framework ensuring auditability is built into every system, not bolted on
• Own the security model for agentic AI systems including isolation of LLM contexts, secure prompt handling, and output validation
• Establish cryptographic architecture including tenant-level encryption, key hierarchy, and rotation policies
• Define the audit strategy that satisfies regulators across jurisdictions (MAS Singapore, FCA UK, FSA Japan, OCC US)
• Design security patterns for human-in-the-loop systems ensuring perfect audit integrity for every intervention
• Lead security due diligence for enterprise customers and represent kAIgentic’s security posture to CISOs and regulators
• Drive security culture and secure development practices across all engineering teams
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and threats in the agentic AI landscape
• Mentor leads and senior engineers on security architecture

 What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of experience in security engineering, with deep experience in financial services
• AI-native velocity as a default mode of working (mandatory)
• Expert-level proficiency in Go and Python
• Deep expertise in 4+ of the following:
• Bank-grade security architecture for global deployments
• Multitenant isolation at scale (data, compute, network)
• Enterprise identity and access management
• Cryptographic systems architecture and key management
• Compliance frameworks across jurisdictions (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, MAS TRM, FISC, FCA guidelines)
• Audit infrastructure for regulated environments
• AI/ML security (prompt injection, data poisoning, model security)
• Cloud security architecture at scale
• Security operations and incident response
• Proven track record working with banking regulators and external auditors
• Experience representing security architecture to C-level stakeholders and regulators
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into engineering systems
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience
