We’re building founding teams in India and scaling globally. We need a Lead Recruiter who can set the talent bar, build a high-velocity hiring engine, and embed AI-native hiring practices—without losing candidate experience, integrity, or rigor.
Lead Talent Acquisition
Location: Bangalore, India

The Role:
We are looking for a Recruiter to drive hiring across technology and business roles as we scale globally. This role requires strong end-to-end hiring ownership, deep market understanding, and the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving AI startup environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across Commercial Organizations, Enabling Functions and Engineering (Backend, Platform, Full Stack) as the need be.
- Build understanding of local talent markets and candidate expectations.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define role scope and success criteria, design effective interview processes, provide market insights and hiring feasibility inputs.
- Build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Map talent from relevant AI and Product SaaS companies. Track compensation trends and talent movement across markets.
- Maintain ATS hygiene, dashboards, and hiring reports. Continuously improve hiring workflows and candidate experience. Use data to inform hiring decisions and prioritization.
Must-Have Skills
- 7–12 years of recruiting experience in tech-first environments.
- Strong experience of hiring mid to senior level hiring for critical roles and driving volume hiring with help of junior recruiters and agencies
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches independently.
- Experience working with global stakeholders or international hiring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and closing skills.

- Exposure to AI-first, deep-tech, or enterprise SaaS companies.
- Experience hiring across APAC markets.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting and pipeline management.
